I liked the room as it had a nice style a different lighting options. The hotel was close to the Metro station. The reception stuff were very friendly, kind and helpful The bed size was big and comfortable. The hotel is a real value for money.
The hotel is located in a small allie and not in the main street. There were a lot of mud on the main enterance road to the hotel which made my shoe get dirty. There is no main lobby in the hotel where we can drink coffee or beverages or watch a big T.V. The airport pickup driver didn't speak English and I had some difficulty in finding and communicating with him.

This hotel was a total surprise for me. For the nice price I found on booking com, I was expecting just a room to sleep at night and travel quickly to city center. However, the hotel turned out to be almost amazing for the price. The room was like a 1-bedroom studio with all amenities including a kitchenette, balcony and jacuzzi. Wifi was free and extremely fast. Common areas and the lobby were very well designed, ceilings were so high even compared to first class brand hotels. Staff was friendly, too, not hesitant to take their time to answer all questions promptly. Apparently, there is some renovation going on the main street so the entrance to the hotel was a little tricky - a taxi would be smart or metro if you don't have luggage. In short, this hotel is no brainer, great value.
There was no room service for dinner, only breakfast. However, the staff will order in for you from local restaurants.

Spacious room; delightful shower; fully stocked mini-bar; free WiFi; quirky but pleasing decor; big, comfortable bed; lots of outlets for electronic devices; functional work desk; excellent value.
The staff was cordial, but struggled to communicate in English..There was massive construction on the street in front of the hotel, which was quite noisy from early morning until early evening. The construction blocked off the main entrance to the street and created billows of dust. I would return, and recommend the hotel to others, if and only if the construction activity were not present.

Exceeds expectations, spacious room with jacuzzi tub! Even though I arrived to Istanbul early in the morning, the hotel communicated promptly and arranged a very smooth pickup. The street entrance was narrow, however the location is very central if you really want to see the whole Istanbul not just a couple of mosques and a church. When you get into the hotel, the quality and cleanness suprise you. The value you get for this price is extraordinary. The first day, as friendly hotel staff suggested, we shopped and dined at a nearby shopping center. At night, we got a discount entrance to a club by the Bosphorus, thanks again to the hotel staff. The next day, after a gourmet breakfast at the hotel, we went to Taksim Square by metro which took like 15 mins to arrive. After a long day, it was very relaxing to rest in the jacuzzi tub. The room had free wifi, too. I learnt about the pool and sauna on the last day. The hotel is just a hidden gem for the value. I will definitely choose again for my next Istanbul trip. It was a very nice holiday for me.
They should have informed about the heated pool at check in time.

Nice business and leisure hotel. I had a business meeting at a financial company close to this hotel so my reason to choose was location. However, I had a very nice overall experience. The staff was very friendly, the room was huge and clean.

Good location, easy access to city. I also suggest all to visit the top of Sapphire shopping center, great 360 degree panoramic view of Istanbul and 4D simulation ride. The balcony in the room was a bonus for me.
Minibar could have more snacks.

It's a newly built hotel close to the levent metro station
the annex building is still under construction so you hear loud noises from the work going on even on Sunday, early mornings, late in the nights. In addition to this there is infrastructure work going on in the street so very noisy. It's a nice, clean hotel with dedicated staff but i would not suggest before these loud construction works are completed.
